Glenbeach Residence is a two-level home in residential Glencairn, with its own entrance and nobody else's schedule. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a proper kitchen, living and dining spaces, a media room that adapts to the week, and balconies that look over the water to the mountain.

It is the anchor of the holiday, not the whole of it. Unpack once, find your rhythm, go as far as you like during the day, and come back to somewhere that feels temporarily your own.

Room by room

Enough space to be together. Enough doors to be alone.

Main bedroom

Upstairs, with an arched window that frames the bay and the mountain behind Simon's Town. The bed faces the view. An en-suite bathroom with a bath and a walk-in shower.

Living and dining

An open room with a deep lounge, a dining table for four, and the sea in the window. Where the day starts with coffee and, most evenings, where it ends.

Kitchen

Fully equipped for people who like to cook: fridge, stove, microwave, air fryer, kettle and the pans and knives to go with them. Kalk Bay seafood and Cape wine are fifteen minutes away.

Media and flex room

A quiet room with a television, a wall of books and a fold-away desk for the calls that cannot wait. On request it becomes a third sleeping space, so the Residence adapts to the shape of your week.

Second bedroom

A calm double room with its own bathroom nearby, mountain light in the morning, and space for two adults or two children.

Balconies

Two private balconies over the water and the mountain. One for breakfast, one for the last hour of light. Room downstairs for bikes and surf gear.

Glencairn is not a resort or a tourist precinct. It is a residential village on the False Bay side of the Peninsula, with a beach and a tidal pool at the bottom of the hill, neighbours who walk their dogs at the same time every evening, and Simon's Town five minutes up the road.

A shopping centre about ten minutes away covers groceries, a pharmacy and the practical things: a hair salon, a manicure before an evening out. Everything you need for a week, none of it designed for tourists.
